Take the Sunrise Blvd. north exit. We are located on Sunrise Blvd. between Sunset Blvd. and Madison Avenue on the first floor of a two-story office condominium. Our office is located in a beautiful, tranquil setting in the city of Fair Oaks with free parking very close to our office entrance door. We are approximately 5 miles north of Hwy 50 on Sunrise Blvd. Driving north on Sunrise Blvd., 2 blocks after you pass Sunset Ave., you will turn right on a little side street called Sunrise Ridge. There is a Coldwell Banker Real Estate office on the corner. Go to the end of the short street and turn left into the parking lot and go to the end of the parking lot. Our sign is on the building and clear to see. We are centrally located and very easy to find.
From Hwy 80
Take the Madison Avenue east exit. We are located on Sunrise Blvd. between Sunset Blvd. and Madison Avenue on the first floor of a two-story office condominium. Drive south about 1 block and get into the left turn lane (there is no left turn light) at a little side street called Sunrise Ridge. There is a Caldwell Banker Real Estate office on the corner. Go to the end of the short street, turn left into the parking lot and go to the end of the parking lot. Our sign is on the building and clear to see. We are centrally located and very easy to find.
